Survivors of human trafficking will now get more time to sue …

Human trafficking survivors from the San Fernando Valley will now get more time to sue due to new bills signed by California Gov.  Jerry Brown.  f human trafficking or torture will get more time to sue their abusers, mass transit will receive a boost in the San Fernando Valley, and elephants and butterflies will acquire new protection under bills signed Sunday by Gov. Jerry Brown. They will have 10 years instead of the former 2-5.    A shorter time was simply not enough to gather complex evidence as needed for successful cases.
