Winnipeg Conservatives Commit to Trafficking Team

A federal election in Canada is right around the corner, and PM Harper is pledging that if elected…

Over the weekend, Harper told voters that he would invest 8 million every year to  fund a new RCMP human trafficking force in four major cities, Toronto, Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Calgary.  Conservatives told the press that this commitment: “will facilitate coordination between national and local law enforcement officials.”  The upcoming election is only three weeks away.
