KECSKEMET, Hungary, Aug 29 (Reuters) – As Europe struggles with a massive influx of refugees, the number of tragedies grow, like a truck discovered along a roadside in Austria.  Four have been arrested in Hungary in connection with these 71 refugee deaths.
