Is my donation tax-deductible?
Donations from within the U.S. are tax-deductible, as Freedom United is an IRS registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. You can find more information on Candid/ GuideStar. Unfortunately, no donations from outside the U.S. are tax-deductible at this time.
How do I get a tax receipt for my donation?
For donations made online, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of donating. This email can be used as a tax receipt for donations made within the U.S. For donations made by check or money order, you’ll receive a receipt by e-mail within 8 weeks of your donation. We love our international supporters! However, please be aware that only donations made from within the U.S. are tax-deductible.
