Sex trafficking is big business in the U.S.; annually, in Denver it nets $39.9 million; and in Atlanta, $290 million according to Shared Hope International. Children younger than 11-years-old are regularly lured into its grip….

Homeland Security [DHS] reports that there are  more than 100,000 children trafficked in the US every year. Many different levels of law enforcement, agencies, and non-profits work together, but in the end the Department of Homeland Security bears the ultimate responsibility to investigate, arrest, and protect the victims.
