Advocacy Manager

Krysta hails from Guyana where she previously served as the Policy Analyst for over seven years at the High Commission of Canada to Guyana and Suriname. Krysta has a passion for public policy - for the greater good. She considers it her life’s mission to support vulnerable communities and has spent over a decade advocating for the enjoyment of fundamental human rights by all. Her expertise lies in advocacy, project coordination, research and writing, and policy development. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Values and Contemporary Global Ethics from King’s College London and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College. Having lived in Trinidad, Barbados, Guyana, Switzerland, India, the United States, and the United Kingdom, she considers herself a citizen of the world – with a particularly soft spot for Guyana.
