World Uyghur Congress

The World Uyghur Congress (WUC) is an international organization dedicated to the promotion of democracy, freedom, and human rights for the Uyghur people. Founded in 2004, the WUC seeks to use peaceful, nonviolent, and democratic means to fight for their political future. It works closely with the European Union, United Nations, and various NGOs.
