Be Better Belmont

Be Better Belmont is a community organization initiative started by a coalition of students, alumni, and other Belmont University community members. They believe that dismantling systemic racism begins with ending the State’s dependence on the prison industrial complex and that Belmont’s partnerships with those systems - especially for-profit prison groups - are antithetical to the mission, vision, and heart of Belmont University.
